SONOMA
COUNTY'S TIMELESS TOPIARY PARTNERS WITH WINE COUNTRY COOPS
AT SAN FRANCISCO FLOWER SHOW
Neighbors
Combine Forces to Showcase Extraordinary Products
Sebastopol,
CA., March 7, 2005:
Timeless
Topiary announced today that owner, Diane Rooney
will bring something unique to this year’s San Francisco Flower
Show to be held March 16-20 at the Cow Palace. As she prepares to exhibit
her distinctive topiaries for the fifth time, she is partnering with
Wine Country Coops that offer hand-crafted,
customized chicken coops (nay, palaces) and whose founders are her neighbors
in Sebastopol, California.
Timeless Topiary is a passionate endeavor for Sonoma County entrepreneur,
Diane Rooney, and offers the finest ornamental and edible topiaries
available. Located in the heart of Northern California’s wine
country since 2002, Timeless Topiary offers these elegant bestsellers
on her website and is also carried in high-end lifestyle, gardening,
and cooking catalogues nationwide.
At the show this year she will be showcasing her olive tree topiaries
for the first time and introducing her expanded line of exotic citrus
topiaries including meyer lemon, kumquat, blood orange bergamot, calamondin
and three different types of lime. She will also feature the rest of
her extensive offering of topiaries. And, the best part is that they
are all for sale at the show!
“I’m thrilled that Wine Country Coops
has agreed to exhibit with me this year. The combination of the topiaries
and the aristocratic hen abode will make a unique and whimsical booth
presentation and one that attendees will be compelled to visit. I feel
extremely fortunate to live and work in Sonoma County and I love to
share the essence of this special area,” said Diane.
Wine Country Coops was founded by biologist
and vineyard consultant, Dr. James Stamp and architect, Elizabeth
Quinto.
“Some people may ask what chicken coops have to do with gardening.
Chickens provide multiple benefits ranging from the sustainable production
of healthful, home grown eggs, to environmentally sound pest control
in garden, vineyard, and orchard, and the maintenance of soil fertility.
I’ll bet most people don’t know that chickens eat both snails
and slugs," said Dr. Stamp.
Attendees will not want to miss this unique display.
